Changes To Your Box
Any changes to the contents of a box for the week ahead need to be submitted before Saturday at midday. Changes cannot be honoured after this time. This is also true for cancellations.
We can leave your box in a safe place if you are not in or you can give us a copy of your close/porch key and we will leave it in a locked safe place. If we cannot deliver the box then it will be returned to the shop for collection.
Deliveries happen Tuesday-Friday but we will bill you for your order every Sunday via GoCardless – this is a secure Direct Debit system. If you have any problems with your billing, please send a support request.
We’ll take a £10 deposit on top of your first payment which will be refunded when we receive your last payment. Please do not cancel your direct debit before your last payment is collected. We’ll process your cancellation after we receive your support request.
You can opt to collect your box from our Great Western Road store. If your box is not collected then unfortunately you will still be charged for it so please ensure you can arrange for you box to be collected on your chosen day.
